Background:

On September 5, 2017, Ordinance No. 3493 was approved by the City Council. After further review by Staff, the title of the Ordinance inadvertently included the phrase “consideration, discussion and possible approval of”. Such language has been removed and Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3493-CORRECTED.

 

Rezoning case BAZ 1973 (R-3 to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 21, 2017.  Platting was waived for the property generally located on the northwest corner of First Street and Elgin Street.

 

Zoning Change: R-3 to DM.

 

Acreage: 0.50 acres

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classifications of R-3 to DM.
