Background:
REIP, LLC has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an overland drainage easement. This easement is being dedicated as an off-site easement for Ronda Norton Center II, a commercial development located approximately one-quarter mile south of Omaha Street and one-quarter mile west of Elm Place, east of Albany Drive. The conditional final plat was approved by City Council on December 5, 2017. This overland drainage easement is being dedicated as part of the engineering review.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement dedication.
