Background:

Forest Ridge Development Limited Partnership has submitted for approval, an off-site utility easement associated with the Spring Hill at Forest Ridge residential subdivision. Spring Hill at Forest Ridge preliminary plat was approved by the Planning Commission in their meeting of August 25, 2016, subject to an approved checklist. The checklist required all easements by separate instrument to be shown on the face of the plat with their associated document numbers.

This utility easement is being dedicated to meet the requirements of the preliminary plat checklist and is described in the Non-Exclusive Utility Easement Dedication and Exhibit A. Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
