Background:

Shadow Trails Homeowners’ Association, Inc. has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Street and Utility Easement Encroachment License Agreement, as described in Exhibit A.1, A.2 and B.1. This license agreement is being proposed as part of the Homeowners’ Association’s efforts to convert Reserve Area E of the Shadow Trail plat into a community swimming pool. The license agreement allows for parking for the facility to be built in the street right-of-way. The plat for Shadow Trails was recorded in Tulsa County on October 30, 2015.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends approval of the Street and Utility Easement Encroachment License Agreement.
