Background:
The City entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Destination Services, LLC to provide Strategic Planning and Study Deliverables. This Amendment No. 1 to Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Destination Services, LLC, proposes to amend said agreement to clarify compensation, specifically to include travel expenses for an increase of $1,840.17. Travel expense reimbursement was inadvertently omitted from the original contract.
Cost: $1,840.17
