Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of a request by representatives of the Museum Broken Arrow to place small sculptures of “Marmie the Mouse” in the Rose District

Background:
The Museum Broken Arrow recently released the new children’s book titled “Marmie: A Mouse on Main Street” which is set in the Rose District. All proceeds of the book sales go to support the Museum. The museum staff would like to place small bronze mouse sculptures throughout the Rose District to promote the book and the museum. Each sculpture will be mounted with welding pins at each location by a contractor hired by the museum. The museum assumes all responsibility for loss or damages to the sculptures and has insurance in place.
