Background:

McGuire Bell Lago, LLC has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a utility easement, described in Exhibits A and B. This easement is being dedicated as an off-site utility easement for The Villas at Bel Lago, single-family residential development. The conditional final plat for The Villas at Bel Lago was approved by the City Council in the meeting of October 17, 2017.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
