Acceptance of an Overland Drainage Easement from RC Lynn Lane, LLC, on property located one-half mile east of 9th Street, north of the Washington Street, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 13, T18N, R14E)(Ninety-One Phase III)

Background:
RC Lynn Lane, LLC has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an overland drainage easement, described in Exhibit 2A. This easement is being dedicated as an off-site easement for Ninety-One Phase III, a single-family residential development. The engineering documents for Ninety-One Phase III was submitted for review on November 14, 2017. The preliminary plat was approved by Planning Commission on August 11, 2017. A conditional final plat has been received and will be heard by Planning Commission on December 7, 2017.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement dedication.
