Approval of and authorization to execute a Capital Improvements Agreement by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and the City of Broken Arrow related to the Rose District Improvements Project, (Streetscape V)

Background:
On August 18, 2017 the City Council approved submitting an application to the Tulsa County Vision Authority to obtain $1,500,000 of Vision 2025 surplus funds to a fund design and construction of Streetscape V. This project is one block of streetscape improvements from Detroit to Elgin.
On September 7, 2017 the Tulsa County Vision Authority approved the City’s application.
On October 30, 2017, the Tulsa County Board of Commissioners approved the attached Capital Improvement Agreement.
Staff recommends approval of the attached Capital Improvements Agreement.
