Background:

A site plan has been submitted for a commercial development located on Lot 1A, Block 2 of the Northeast Crossroads plat. During the site plan review it was discovered that the proposed drainage channel was wider than the existing drainage easement. F. Barry Tapp, of Broken Arrow Retail, LLC has submitted a drainage easement dedication, shown in Exhibit A, to accommodate the increased channel area.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the drainage easement.
