Background:
The attached use agreement grants a non-exclusive license to allow Broken Arrow Amateur Basketball Association (BAABA) to use the Central Park Community Center gymnasiums and the Nienhuis Park Community Center gymnasiums (Premises). The use of the Premises is to allow BAABA, a registered non-profit organization, to operate a youth basketball program to the citizens of Broken Arrow.

Use Agreement Highlights:

* BAABA will pay $8.00 per day per gym for Premises to City of Broken Arrow.
o An increase of $2.00 from 2016-17 season.
* BAABA will supply all supporting staff to operate a youth basketball program.
o Registration, Officials, Conflict Resolution, Setup, Teardown, and etc.
* It is required of BAABA to run criminal background checks on all coaches, volunteers, and any other participants involved with the youth participants.
* It is required by BAABA to submit a written schedule of actual usage dates and times to the Parks and Recreation Director or his designee.
* Non-usage dates and available usage dates, locations, and times for Premises are listed in "Exhibit A" of the Use Agreement.

This use agreement will commence upon execution and end on March 29, 2018.
