Approval of and authorization to execute Budget Amendment Number 2 for Fiscal Year 2018

Background:
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures that exceed the original budget or when changing circumstances warrant the action.
The CVB approved at their October 9, 2017 meeting, a budget amendment request of $65,000.00 for additional grant funding for Fiscal Year 2018.
Budget Amendment Number 2 provides the appropriation for the funding of the expenditures for budgetary compliance. Funds are available in the CVB Fund Balance.
Cost: $65,000.00
