Background: 91st Lynn Lane, LLC is dedicating an overland drainage easement for purposes of developing Phase II of the Ninety One subdivision. The overland drainage easement is shown as Exhibit 4A and is one of several easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement dedication.
