Background: 91st Lynn Lane, LLC is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of developing Phase II of the Ninety One subdivision. The utility easement is shown as Exhibit 3A and is one of several easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
