Background:                     91st Lynn Lane, LLC is dedicating a temporary road and utility easement running north/south on unplatted property.  This easement is south of Phase II across future phase III.  The easement follows the future road layout that will be provided by plat for Phase III.  This provides emergency access for a short period to Phase I and II and provides water line loop connection.  The utility easement is shown as Exhibit 1A and is one of several easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the temporary roadway and utility easement dedication.
