Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement with Chase Fetters Hewitt for concept design of the Broken Arrow Senior Center Annex

Background:
The Broken Arrow Senior Center Annex concept design is funded from the Park and Recreation Operating Budget. The Annex will include offices, large meeting areas, fitness room, smaller arts and crafts rooms and additional parking on the back side of the building. Chase Fetters Hewitt - Architects was selected for preparation of a concept design. The concept design will include plans and renderings as well as an estimated construction cost.
City staff has negotiated a design fee of $7,500.00 with Chase Fetters Hewitt. The Professional Consultant Agreement is attached.
Funding for this project is from the Park and Recreation Operating Budget.
Cost: $7,500.00
