Background:
The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a utility easement for the public water line and appurtenances within (Tract 2) Lot 1, Block 1 of Creekside Apartment Homes as described in the attached exhibits Lot 1.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
