Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Cheatham Ranch LLC.  Chatham Ranch, LLC has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way:  $18,030.00

Temporary Construction Easement: $150.00

Damages: $7,000.00

Total Compensation:  $25,180.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount will be on the September 19, 2017 Claims List.
