Background:
Ms. Kelley Rash was appointed to the Broken Arrow Downtown Advisory Board in 2013. Ms. Rash has been a valuable asset to the DAB. Ms. Rash has agreed to continue to serve on the Downtown Advisory Board, if reappointed. Ms. Rash is appointed by Councilman Mike Lester. The new term would end October 1, 2021.
