Background:
This Amendment No. 1 is to provide additional topographic survey in the 49th Street vicinity for proposed design of stormwater improvements within the Eagle Creek subdivision to improve stormwater conveyance. Engineering and Construction Department Staff has negotiated a fee of $6,000.00 with Utley & Associates LLC for the additional topographic survey work.
Funding for this agreement is available in the 2011 Stormwater GO Bond.
