Background:
This Amendment No. 2 is to update the design of the Albany Street Improvements project from 9th Street to 23rd Street, to incorporate recent construction in the vicinity of the roadway and stormwater improvements that were conceptually designed in-house by the Engineering and Construction Department in an effort to reduce construction costs. Engineering and Construction Department staff have negotiated a fee of $8,940.00 with Holloway, Updike, and Bellen, Inc. to complete and finalize the design and incorporate the stormwater improvements into a set of contract documents.
Funding for this amendment is available in the 2014 Stormwater GO Bond.
