Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at CSD Enterprises located at 3054, 3056, 3058 North Aspen Avenue

Background:
Daniels and Daniels Construction, Inc. has completed the construction for CSD Enterprises. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $65,000.00.
