Approval of and authorization to execute a Promotional License between Ice Challenge Enterprises, L.L.C. and the City of Broken Arrow for the installation and operation of an outdoor holiday ice rink at the Rose District Pavilion

Background:
Ice Challenge Enterprises, LLC will be hosting the Holiday Festival event at the Rose District Pavilion beginning November 8th, 2017 through January 31st, 2018. Hours of operation will be afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday and extended hours from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday. Setup for the event will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017 and continue until opening day which is tentatively scheduled for November 16th, 2017 to coincide with the annual Tea Off.
Cost: $5,000 (estimated)
