Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1973 (R-3 to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 21, 2017.  Platting was waived for the property generally located on the northwest corner of First Street and Elgin Street.

 

Zoning Change: R-3 to DM.

 

Acreage: 0.50 acres

 

Legal Description for R-3 to DM

 

Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Seventeen (17), Block Fifteen (15), ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROKEN ARROW, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.

 

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classifications of R-3 to DM.
