Background:

Rezoning case PUD 236 was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 1, 2015, subject to the east part of the property being platted.  The underlying zoning of CH (Commercial Heavy District) remained unchanged.  The plat, Ferguson Addition, was recorded in Tulsa County on February 3, 2017.  The property, which contains 13.97 acres, is located on the southeast corner of the Broken Arrow Expressway and Elm Place.
