Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1942 (R-1 to RS-3) and PUD 240 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 6, 2015, subject to the property being platted.  The plat, Villas at Bricktown, was recorded in Tulsa County on November 10, 2016.  The property contains 11.58 acres.

 

Zoning Change: R-1 to RS-3 along with PUD 240.

 

Acreage: 11.58 acres

All of Villas at Bricktown, part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4 SW/4) of Section Four (4), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, of the Indian Meridian, a subdivision within the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, Document No. 6699.

 

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of R-1 to RS-3 along with PUD 240.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3492 and approve the Emergency Clause.
