Background:
Representatives of Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful requested approval from City Council on March 7, 2017 to identify Broken Arrow as the “City of Roses”. After researching the requested phrase, it was recommended by staff to choose an alternative phrase. The updated request is to identify Broken Arrow as “The City Where Roses Bloom”.
