Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between The City of Broken Arrow and Garver, LLC for the Washington Street Improvements, Garnett Road to Olive Avenue (Project No. ST1616)

Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to execute contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. In addition, in accordance with the ordinance, the City Manager has authorized the Assistant City Managers to execute contract actions up to $15,000.00. Furthermore, Department Directors are authorized by ordinance to execute contract actions up to $5,000.00.
The City Manager approved the following Professional Consultant Agreements:
• Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement with Garver, LLC, for Washington Street, Garnett to Olive Widening, preparation of additional right of way documents for this project, an increase to the anticipated number of properties in the original Agreement dated June 20, 2016. Project No. ST1616, $10,975.00, 08/10/17.
Cost: $10,975.00
