Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement with R.L. Shears Company, P.C., for Detailed Design and Construction Bid Documents of Downtown Main Street Streetscapes, Phase V
End
Background:
Phase V of the Downtown Main Street Streetscapes is a Sales Tax Capital Improvements (STCI) project, with additional Vision 2025 surplus funding tentatively approved by Tulsa County. The project encompasses Main Street from Detroit Street to Elgin Street. RL Shears Company, P.C. has submitted a proposal for producing the detailed design and construction bid documents for the Phase V project, and the Professional Consultant Agreement has been prepared (attached). A cost of $155,770.00 is proposed for the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications, as well as Bidding and Construction Phase services. Staff recommends award of the Professional Consultant Agreement with RL Shears Company, P.C.
Funding will be from Sales Tax Capital Improvements with reimbursement from Vision 2025 Surplus Funds.
Cost: $155,770.00
