Background: Tucson Commercial, LLC is dedicating a utility easement running east/west on unplatted property on the north side of Tucson Village subdivision. The utility easement is shown as Exhibit F and is one of eight easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
