Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Perpetual Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Carol J. and James M. Bell, Wife and Husband, heirs of Charles I. and Marvell Wilson. Mr. and Mrs. Bell have accepted the City's offer of $17,900.00 for the right of way, utility easement, and temporary construction easement, made subject to City Council approval. Resolution No. 1047 authorizing acceptance of the General Warranty Deed, Perpetual Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement and payment of the agreed amount is attached. Funding is from the 2011 GO Bonds fund.
