Background:
The applicant, Matt Newman with the Ross Group, on behalf of the property STG Gelateria owner, provided plans to the City for a new Gelateria (Italian ice cream) and Expresso Shop at 217 S. Main Street. This is the first of its kind in Broken Arrow and will have a dark wood exterior façade that follows the deep Italian heritage.
City staff and Chamber staff have reviewed the plans for the Gelateria and are recommending approval of the wood exterior façade. The façade aligns well with the surrounding brick, stucco and wood facades.
City staff recommends approval of the wood exterior façade for the STG Gelateria located at 217 S. Main Street.
