Consideration and possible approval of a façade renovation at 107-109 W. Commercial Street, City of Broken Arrow

Background:
The applicant, Mike Hammons with MPH, on behalf of the property owner, Russell Peterson, has submitted documentation to remove and replace the existing wood structure façade and overhang and replace with a brick veneer siding. Additional new commercial windows and a black canvas type awning will be installed.
Mr. Hammons met with Staff in mid-June on the proposed renovation. Staff finds the renovation of the exterior façade to be in compliance with the City’s zoning code. Mr. Hammons has submitted and received a demolition permit and has the brick and materials on order.
City staff recommends approval of the proposed façade renovation at 107-109 W. Commercial Street.
