Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with Garver, LLC for engineering of 9th Street Widening, El Paso to Elgin (Project No. ST1210)

Background:
Garver, LLC engineers has prepared the final design of 9th Street improvements from Elgin Street to El Paso Street. During right-of-way acquisition, several issues were raised that required additional design services from the consultant. A meeting with the Patio Condominium Homeowners Association resulted in the need for parking lot layouts for the property south of the condominiums as well as a service drive and parking spaces long the west side of the condo buildings. Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to cover that work was negotiated in the amount of $16,053.62. The revised total Agreement amount, including Amendments 1, 2, 3, and 4, is $314,467.03.
Funding for the project is in the Fiscal Year 2018 Sales Tax Capital Improvements budget, Project ST1817.
Cost: $ 16,053.62
