Background:
The FY2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for construction of the College Addition Waterline (Project No. WL1701) were approved by Tulsa County on February 21, 2017. Engineering and Construction Department prepared the plans, and the construction on the waterline was accomplished in-house by Utilities Department. All that remains is final cleanup, which depends in part on the construction of the 4th Street Sidewalk (Project No. The Tulsa County Contracts require expenditure of funds by June 30, 2017. The attached renewals extend the time to June 30, 2018.
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 1025 to allow the work to be completed as originally approved and the City to be reimbursed.
