Approval of and authorization to execute the 2017 Promotional License on City Property allowing the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce to host the 2017 Taste of Summer event

Background:
The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the annual Taste of Summer event on June 10th, 2017 at Central Park. This event has been designated as a long standing event. The Special Events Committee in their meeting of May 18th, 2017 recommended approval of the request for Special Event Permit.
We are requesting review and approval of the Promotional License Agreement to provide the facility, security and support for this event which is not anticipated to exceed $10,000.
Cost: $10,000 (based on costs from previous years)
