Background:

The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a water line easement within Lot 1, Block 1 of Cedar Creek Park as described in Exhibit A and drawn in Exhibit B. This property is located one-half mile north of Kenosha Street, west of Aspen Avenue and is platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Cedar Creek Park.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the water line easement.
