Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Independent School District No. 3 of Tulsa County, a.k.a. Broken Arrow Public Schools, at no cost to the City. The Temporary Construction easement is required for the widening of 37th Street between Kenosha and Albany.
A copy of the signed Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
