Approve the Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Rabbit Run, located South West of New Orleans and Olive
End
Background:
Tom Boyce Excavating, K-V Contracting LLC, and Spectacular Homes have completed the construction for Rabbit Run. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Sanitary Sewer; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Water and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $ 407,447.28.
