Background:
The current City of Broken Arrow Golf Course Management Services Agreement with Greenway Golf Associates, Inc. on City owned land known as Battle Creek Golf Course became effective July 1, 2016, and includes a 5-year renewal term.
Greenway Golf Associates, Inc. has managed Battle Creek Golf Course on behalf of the City of Broken Arrow since September 1, 2006. Greenway continues to provide quality services and operations for the City of Broken Arrow.
The City and Greenway wish to renew the Golf Course Professional Management Services Agreement for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. The agreement remains unchanged.
