Background:
The City of Broken Arrow solicited bids from eight (8) vendors, and four bids were received. The lowest bid came from All Media Integration in the amount of $27,667.36.
Purchase of Video Production Equipment will enable the Communications Department to expand video messaging capabilities to the citizens of Broken Arrow. The package includes a mobile video recording studio that will allow City Council meetings to be recorded when the meetings are held at venues other than the City Council Chambers.
Funding for this purchase is available through Sales Tax Capital Improvement Funds.
Cost: $27,667.36
