Background:
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) issued the attached Permit No. WL000072170156 for construction of mixing systems at the water distribution storage tanks at Battle Creek (Omaha Street and Elm Place) and Tiger Hill (9th and Kenosha Street) on April 12, 2017. ODEQ requested that the receipt of the permit be noted in the minutes of the next regular meeting of BAMA.
