Background:
During the recent City Council campaign there was a great deal of public discussion and social media activity on the lack of retail and commercial development in south Broken Arrow. It is the staff’s recommendation that a special City Council meeting be scheduled within the next 3 months, at a location in south Broken Arrow to give the public an opportunity to discuss their concerns and issues with City Council members, staff members, and developers with proposed projects in the area.
