Background:
The project is for design of a second, parallel Pre-Treatment Basin at the Verdigris River Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The negotiated amount of the Professional Consultant Agreement is $490,000.00. The agreement is attached. Staff recommends approval of the agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $490,000.00.
Funding for the design will be from Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) Financial Assistance Program Loan No. FAP 17-0004-L.
Cost: $490,000.00
