Background:
BAZ-1976 is a request to change the zoning designation of 26.31 acres of undeveloped, unplatted land from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential) for a proposed residential subdivision, The Preserve, containing approximately 96 lots. This property is located west of the southwest corner of 37th Street and Omaha Street.
The Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of BAZ-1976 (4-0 vote), in their meeting of April 27, 2017, subject to the property being platted. The Preliminary Plat for ‘The Preserve’ was approved by Planning Commission, subject to the checklist, on April 27, 2017. There were no protestants.
