Approve the reappointment of Lee Whelpley for the City of Broken Arrow Planning Commission for a three-year term to expire May 5, 2020

Background:
Planning Commission members are appointed to serve three-year terms. The term of Planning Commissioner Lee Whelpley will expire on May 5, 2017. Mr. Whelpley has expressed his willingness to continue to serve on the Commission for another term. Mr. Whelpley was first appointed to the Planning Commission on May 17, 2011 and will be completing second term.
Mayor Craig Thurmond has recommended Mr. Whelpley be reappointed for a three-year term pursuant to Ordinance No. 3445.
