Approval of and authorization to execute a Fourth Renewal Agreement with Bee Clean Cleaning Services, Inc. to supply custodial services and supplies for the Public Safety Complex

Background:
In March of 2014, proposals for custodial services were advertised and sent to ten (10) vendors. The bid was awarded to Bee Clean and a contract was approved. Funds for this service are budgeted by the Police Department.
The bid provided for an annual contract with up to four optional renewal periods. As no cost increase is requested and service provided under the current contract has been good, staff recommends renewing the contract for the fourth year.
Cost: $3,675.00 per month or $44,100.00 annually
