                     Acceptance of a 15 foot Utility Easement from REIP, LLC, on property located east of the northeast corner of Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 27, T19N, R14E) (Kum & Go, Omaha Street)

Background:                     The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 15-foot utility easement for sanitary sewer as described in Exhibit A. The easement is being dedicated as an attachment to a 17.5-foot utility easement that will be dedicated by a separate fact sheet. This utility easement will extend north 50-feet from the center line of Omaha Street. This property is located east of the northeast corner of Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue and has not been platted. This utility easement will connect to a new development (Kum & Go 1866) to the west.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
