                     Acceptance of a 17.5 foot Utility Easement from REIP, LLC, on property located east of the northeast corner of Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 27, T19N, R14E) (Kum & Go, Omaha Street)

Background:                     The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 17.5-foot utility easement, for sanitary sewer, 50-feet north of Omaha Street as described in Exhibit A. The easement is being dedicated 50-feet north of the section line to accommodate future development and right-of-way dedication. This property is located east of the northeast corner of Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue and has not been platted. This utility easement will connect to a new development (Kum & Go 1866) to the west. A second easement dedication will be presented in a separate factsheet to connect this easement to the center line of Omaha Street.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
