Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Sarah and Clayton Rosencutter, wife and husband, property owners of Lot 6, Block 1 of Westwind Addition, for the purpose of constructing a storm drain for the Westwind and Charleston II Storm Sewer Improvements project.  The property owners have donated the Temporary Construction Easement, subject to City Council approval.  A copy of the Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
